The survey for BOTH House League & Competitive can be found on the Main Menu. The organization has officially launched its annual Coaching Staff Evaluation Survey, opening the door for athletes, parents, and community members to share their insights on the performance and impact of this year's coaching team.
The survey, released, is part of an ongoing commitment to transparency, athlete development, and continuous improvement across all programs. LGHA Board of Directors say the feedback gathered will play a key role in shaping future training approaches, professional development opportunities, and overall program direction. Constructive feedback is essential to building a stronger, more supportive environment for our players. This survey gives our community a meaningful voice in that process. Participants are encouraged to provide honest, thoughtful responses regarding communication, leadership, skill development, team culture, and overall coaching effectiveness. All submissions will remain confidential, and results will be reviewed by the Board. The evealuation is expected to take only a few minutes to complete, and the organization is urging all eligible participants to take part.
