LGHA WEBSITE CALENDAR UPDATE FORM

Team scheduled AWAY GAMES & TOURNAMENT GAMES must be submitted to LGHA in order to notify Ice Scheduling & update the Website Calendar.

Complete this form to submit your team scheduled AWAY & TOURNAMENT GAMES.
Please fill out a new form for each game scheduled or Upload a List (Recommended following the Scheduling Meeting or upon receiving your scheduled games for a tournament)

Do not complete this form for HOME GAMES. This form does not alert Referees.

Maximum # Files: 10. Maximum File Size: 4MB.

Please ensure that each & all away games listed have the following complete info: GAME DATE & TIME, ARENA, OPPONENT, & GAME TYPE (Regular Season, Exhibition, Playoff, or Playdown)
