2018-19 Coaches evaluations are now available to fill out on our website. All evaluations are kept confidential and submitted directly to the Director of Coaching and Skills Development. Evaluations can be filled out for any member of your coaching/bench staff by entering their name at the top of the form. Evaluations are mobile friendly and can be completed from your computer or phone.
