What is a “Tag Day”?
Historically, not-for-profit organizations sold paper tags to those who proudly wore them pinned to their clothing to signify their contribution to a cause. Today’s Tag Days operate similarly and are a wonderful way for organizations to interact with their local community members.
Donations received by our Lindsay Lynx players on Tag Day directly support our local girls hockey organization by helping to provide teams with new equipment & jerseys, assistance with tournament & officials fees, and offsetting the growing costs of ice rentals each season.
