The Lindsay Lynx Girls Hockey Association is now accepting applications for
Tier 2 Head Coaching positions for the upcoming 2024-2025 hockey season.
***APPLICATION DEADLINE: MAY 13th, 2024***
Applicants will be contacted by the Lynx Coach Selection Committee to arrange a date & time for an interview. Interviews will be held May 15th & 16th.
Tier 2 teams are fielded based on numbers & interest at the time of tryouts
*NOTE: Participants must try out at the Tier 1 level to be eligible for a Tier 2 team (LGHA Tryout Policy)

Successful applicants that are selected for a Head Coaching position after the application & interviewing period must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check and meet the following requirements prior to the beginning of the season:
OWHA Registered
Appropriate Certifications Required for the Team Division
Respect In Sport - Activity Leader or Speak Out
Gender Identity & Expression Course
Rowan’s Law Review & Acknowledgement
2023-2024 OWHA Team Official Qualification Requirements
*Successful applicants must be flexible to any changes to these requirements made by OWHA & governing bodies prior to the start of the 2024-2025 season. Any updates to requirements can be found on the OWHA & LGHA websites.
