Tier 1 Exemption Request Form

Any player requesting an exemption from Tier 1 tryouts in order to attend Tier 2 tryouts must have purchased a Tryout Passport in RAMP and have made their request to the LGHA executive at least 1 week before Tier 1 tryouts begin.

Deadline for U18 Tier 1 tryout exemption requests is April 19, 2025. (Responses will be sent out the week of April 21 with any decision made.)
Deadline for U13 and U15 Tier 1 tryout exemption requests is April 26, 2025. (Responses will be sent out the week of April 28 with any decision made.)

Only players receiving LGHA approval through this process will be permitted to bypass Tier 1 tryouts.
