When cancelling a tournament, please notify the LGHA Treasurer, Website Admin, & Ice Scheduler
HOME GAMES: LGHA REFEREE REQUEST
HOME GAMES (REGULAR SEASON, EXHIBITION, & PLAYOFF/PLAYDOWN) must be submitted in order to notify Referees, Ice Scheduling, & Website Admin.
Please send a full list of all scheduled games (Recommended following the Scheduling Meetings)
AWAY GAMES: LGHA WEBSITE CALENDAR UPDATE
AWAY GAMES (REGULAR SEASON, EXHIBITION, & PLAYOFF/PLAYDOWN) and TOURNAMENT GAMES must be submitted in order to notify Ice Scheduling & update the Website Calendar. (Recommended following the Scheduling Meetings or upon booking and/or receiving your scheduled games for a tournament)
CANCELLATIONS: Games, Practices, Tournaments, etc
IMPORTANT NOTE: When Canceling Regular Season & Playoff/Playdown Games, teams MUST follow the OWHA Cancellation Procedures
Notifying LGHA does NOT notify an opposing team of a cancellation!
For game cancellations, you must notify all parties first, and LGHA & Head Referee (for Home games)
If you have ice that you cannot use, please notify the LGHA Ice Scheduler & Website Admin IMMEDIATELY!
