U11, U13, & U15 Tier 1 Representative Head Coach applicants.
Please fill out the online application form and submit before MARCH 25th 2023. Applicants may be contacted by the Coach Selection Committee after this deadline to arrange a date & time for an interview.

Successful applicants selected for a Head Coaching position after the application & interviewing period must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check and meet the following requirements prior to the beginning of the season:
- OWHA Registered
- Appropriate Certifications Required for the Team Division
- Respect In Sport - Activity Leader or Speak Out
- Gender Identity & Expression Course
- Rowan’s Law Review & Acknowledgement
